Hello and welcome to my pilates studio in the heart of Gerrards Cross.

I look forward to bringing my personable teaching method to you so you can learn and enjoy the incredible benefits Pilates can bring to your body and wellbeing.

As a Basi qualified mat and comprehensive teacher, I have developed and progressed my teaching across all of the pilates equipment and offer classes incorporating the Reformer, Wunda Chair and Tower.

Additionally, it gives me great pleasure to offer an informative pre and postnatal programme for all stages of pregnancy and to assist with recovery and getting back to optimum health and exercise after birth.

Whether you join a group class or prefer the focus of a private class, I aim for your Pilates class to strengthen, energise and motivate you to feeling the best you can.

What is Pilates?

Movement, balance & strength
Pilates is a full body exercise method that encourages movement, promotes strength and emphasises the importance of balance throughout the body to maintain a healthy, functional lifestyle.

The beauty of Pilates is that it is for everybody - men, women, young and not as young. The athlete, the injured. The range and control of the exercises provides a beneficial yet challenging class to all.

Its a unique form of exercise that creates strength and flexibility, a supportive core, efficient movement and improved posture. With regular practice your body will develop an invaluable foundation of strength and agility.

Prices & Classes

Private 55 minute class - £60
A one to one class tailor made to provide your body with a programme that creates enjoyment, choice and progression. A studio equipment class incorporating the reformer, tower and wundachair which bring support or challenge to your session depending on your specific physical needs. 2:1 55 minute duet class - £30 per person
The duet class is a two person semi private class. Each person works to their own individual programme while sharing my guidance.

Class will include the reformer/tower/wundachair. Duet classes can only be booked when two people are booking together. Contact nina@move-pilates.co.uk to book

Group mat classes - £15 to drop in or £60 for a bundle of 5 classes
Come and enjoy a small group mat class to mobilise and strengthen and energise your body. All mats and small equipment provided

Pre & Post Natal Club

Pregnancy classes
As a new mum myself, I have experienced the almighty physical changes of pregnancy and how each month brings a new challenge to the body. Pilates definitely gave my body some extra goodness in order for me to have the best, most comfortable and healthy pregnancy I could have.

My prenatal classes are suitable and have been adapted for every trimester.

Postnatal Classes
After your 6 week sign off (10 weeks for C section) I look forward to you joining my post natal class.

Focus is on bringing your abdominal and pelvic floor muscles back to health as well as getting your tired limbs moving. An absolute must for all women post pregnancy.

Your body has achieved such greatness, so be kind to it and give the time and attention it needs to regain optimal function in the best possible way.
